DAY 3

Breakfast: 1 slice of cheese, 1 apple, 5 salted crackers

Lunch: 1 slice of bread (toasted), 1 hardboiled egg

Dinner: ½ a tuna (canned), ½ a banana, 1 cup of vanilla ice-cream

If you decide to implement this diet you should follow its rule without variations. You can only substitute the meat with fruits or lentils, but the other parts of the diet must be followed strictly. The ingredients included in this diet are cheap, easy to be found and their preparation will not spend too much of your time.
